This piece resulted directly from the “Rock of Ages” piece. The artist decided the smaller tubes on "Rock" looked like chicken flautas! So they became the inspiration for a plate of Mexican food that would also include a bowl of chili with beans and grated cheese, guacamole, sour cream, pico de galo, and a whole jalapeno.
